This one-hour course provides a foundational understanding of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Agents will gain essential knowledge of flood policy rating, claims handling, and marketing strategies to better educate and serve their clients. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to confidently explain flood insurance coverage options, identify common misconceptions, and help customers make informed decisions about protecting their property from flood risk.
